MIAMI GARDENS, FLA. (WSVN) – A pickup and car accident paralyzed a busy intersection in Miami Gardens.

The collision occurred on Monday afternoon near Northwest 151st Street and 27th Avenue, near the Opa-Locka border.

An aerial view of the scene showed the light-colored truck and black sedan that were involved in the accident.

It is still unclear whether someone was injured.

The intersection is expected to remain closed for some time, so drivers are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
